There are numerous activities for your whole family from fishing, golfing, surfing and just wonderful walks on the many miles of wide sand beaches. We have an added bonus of a fine restaurant just a few steps from the condo and many others in the area. For those who plan on staying longer, we have plenty of grocery stores, even a factory mall with name brand items. As your day comes to a close, from your condo you can see the sun set and hear the waves crash, what a better way to spend the day at the beach.

The Condo

This is a 1 bedroom, 2 full bath unit located ground floor with a large sliding glass door for convenient access to the beach. The condo has been totally renovated with warm beachy colers, a soft cozy leather couch, king size bed, a murphy wall bed, electric fireplace and 2 large screen tv's. In the living area we stocked a large bookcase with plenty of assorted books to relax with. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty items to cook for the whole family. Throughout the condo we have installed plenty of ceramic tile, pendant & track lighting and decorator items to make it feel more like home. For our guest there is a large heated indoor pool and hot tub. This condo unit is located just steps to our wonderful sandy beach.

Lincoln City

This small beach town is located centrally on the Oregon Coast and approximately a 2 hour drive from the Portland area. If you enjoy a tempered climate and fresh ocean air then you have come to the right place. Being centrally located there are plenty of activities and sights to see within a 50 mile radius. People come here from many miles to watch a winter storm and see the big ocean waves pound our beaches.
