Features of our vacation rental
We are located centrally on the Oregon Coast in the city of Lincoln City, this ground floor condo unit has been fully remodeled with features more like home. The one bedroom unit has a comfortable King size bed and is generously furnished to suit most guest. There is a full size bathroom in the bedroom for your privacy. The wall colors and tiled surfaces are picked for a warm pleasant atmosphere with an added personality to offer relaxation and to unwind from your stressful lives.
The living room has similar colors on the walls and plenty of tiled surfaces. You will find a soft leather couch waiting for that weary traveler. A full size Murphy wall bed stands against the wall for 2 more guest. For those who would like to cook, a complete kitchen with a 4 burner stove & oven with a full size microwave above it.
A generous size sink with garbage disposal sits alongside a 2 door refrigerator for all your perishable food goods. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough amenities to cook and serve for 4 guest. A large tiled counter with 2 oak bar stools serves to provide meal preparation or eating. There are 2 chairs with a round oak table for additional seating and ocean front dining. Another full size fully tiled bathroom is located in the hallway.
When the day comes to a close there is an electric fireplace waiting in the room to provide ambiance and heat for those chilly evenings. The large LCD tv and dvd player provide your entertainment with cable tv. Free wi-fi is available throughout the complex for those who need to be connected to the internet.
Located next to the front office there is a indoor heated pool with hot tub, plus a dry sauna. For those evenings you would rather not cook or drive anywhere, just about 50 yards from your condo sits a wonderful restaurant for the whole family.
Our best feature of the condo units is our sandy beach located just steps from your room where you can take unforgettable long walks on our beautiful Pacific Coastline. People come from many miles just to breathe our fresh ocean air and listen to the pounding surf yet soothing ocean sounds. We are blessed with lots of wildlife, sea gulls and pelicans flock our beaches and many other variety of birds. One of the big attractions for the area is migrating grey whales, just be ready with your camera or binoculars.
We have plenty of activities for the whole family from golfing, surfing, kayaking plus deep sea fishing. For the ladies there is a shopping mall full of name brand shops. Within a short hour drive is our Oregon coast aquarium located in Newport. Visit our Tillamook cheese factory located north of Lincoln City in Tillamook. If you want a hand at catching a salmon then head south to our deep harbor town of Depoe Bay. Both Depoe Bay and Newport offers many local artist and souvenir shops and don't forget our picturesque lighthouses up and down our coastline. If you like gambling there are 2 Indian Casinos close by, Chinook Winds is just a 10 minute drive from the condo. Spirit Mountain casino is just 25 miles east from Lincoln City on the way back to Portland. Both casinos have a nice buffet restaurant and fine dining. If you have many more days to spend in the area, then take advantage to see a whole list of new things to see on our beautiful Oregon coastline.
